PC RECYCLE/E-WASTE:
Equipment that is severely outdated, beyond repair, or is no longer re-marketable, is classified as PC Recycle or E-Waste (Electronic Waste).
COMPANY CHALLENGES:
Finding and maintaining the storage space for old IT equipment can be a big challenge for companies such as Data Centers, IT Hardware Suppliers, and IT Service Providers. The cost for long term storage off-site tends to becomes a financial burden.
Lack of time and resources to manage an efficient recycling program, leads to the mismanagement of recyclable equipment, and insufficient tracking and reporting practices.
Environmental concerns and compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
Anthem IT Services and it's partners are fully committed to doing our part in protecting the environment. Our IT recycling practices and policies are not only compliant with all State and Federal regulations, they are highly ethical as well. We adhere to a strict Zero-Landfill Policy, and do not support the exportation of PC Recycle or E-Waste.
We take data security seriously. All equipment containing client sensitive data MUST be properly sanitized prior to recycling. For more information, please visit our Data Sanitation page, under our "SERVICES" menu.
